Foundations of Art I
Purpose: This course is designed to develop skill in three dimensional realistic drawing, using time proven methods used by Masters of art. Secondarily, a fraction of each class period will be used to learn and appreciate the artistic contributions of past eras, beginning with The Roman Age, incorporating the biblical approach of the late Dr. Francis A. Schaeffer.
Minimum age, fourteen years; 24 hour course, beginning Wednesday, September 03-

The Art of Script & Ornament
Enjoy a lifetime of daily applying the art form of handwriting, embellishment, ornament. Consistent home practice of classroom instruction will be encouraged.
The minimum age for this class is 11 years. This is a 12 hour class, with each class
period lasting 1 hour / 12 weeks, beginning September 03, 2008-

Appreciate and know history by seeing art through the ages from slides, print media
of fine art and 6,000 Year Time-
Students will learn contour drawing, some color theory in an encouraging, stimulating environment. We will use lead pencils, colored pencils and transparent pan watercolors. Minimum Age for this class is eleven years.
September 13, 2008, Wednesdays, 2:30-
