Instruction and technique – pen and ink medium

Children- 6 Years and Above

14 weeks- August 18- November 24 (off Labor Day)

Class Fee $84 per child- non refundable in order to encourage commitment

                          2 Faber Castell Pitt Artist’s Pens

                         Art History Copies

Children are encouraged to bring a Bible to class

Mondays 1:00- 2:00 P.M.

 

Calligraphy - I

Instruction and technique in basic fundamentals of calligraphy and design

Celtic Decoration – letters, motifs, and borders

Art History:

 Roman  100 A.D. – 500 A.D.

Celtic  500 A.D. – 900 A.D.

Gothic 1000 A.D. – 1400 A.D.

 

Bible Scripture Study – The Names of the Lord

Each child is encouraged to bring a Bible to class

Children 8 yrs and above

14 weeks – August 18 – November 24 (off Labor Day)

Supply Fee $25 Calligraphy I Workbook – Beth Wilson, two medium point calligraphy markers, paper, art history copies
